Work culture is very bad in some store even if you request for transfer they won't change. the employee is getting problem from rude manager of store who are close to directors and hr so don't try to complain else they will do politics and swipe you out by saying its totally your fault to RH& Hr still they will not change store and at last you have to leave the job is your last option.And if you complain they will harass you indirectly in store by saying to collect cups and glass and water bottles in store of customer and Doing partiality and harrasing indirectly and company will never bother about this even reading all this here.its hard to work freely if 2 person of store will be together and harass a single person and that employee can't do by knowing everything but he have to save his job....Read More

Company have to ask from each of sales executive about their experience in store in very confidential manner and not sharing the conversation to their reporting staff so the environment will be good in store and company will get the exact thing what's happening in store before its too late in term of financial and behaviour, it have to be implement very soon,and if they give some sensitive information then they have to act very tactfully by saving employee peace in store, i beg to honest key person of company who are reading this so please help some good staff who are in worst situation in store it will help them alot to work freely and it will help you to keep company safe from FINANCIAL SHORTAGES....Read More

Company dont have strict policies for old staff and 3-4 yrs old staff can't complain to anyone because they can't trust to anyone and can lose their job because of complaining against senior's attitude and ugly politics.
