Holistic all round development.A company which values ethics,honesty and dedication.The focus on customer centric approach and training to build and devlop skill around it,makes working here special.The thing which I like most is ,it provides opportunity to person who have talent.

A very relaxed working environment ,with very constructive Bosses who are there to help as and when needed,the feedback are more constructive,and welcomes innovation and new ideas.

Seeking advice on current job

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?
