Teachers are supported in the education of their children. Working in Arunachal feels good because of the pleasant weather. However, there are no holidays except for vacations. Teachers are often required to take extra classes, even on holidays and Sundays. Additionally, they must conduct prep classes three times a week. Detailed lesson plans are also expected to be written.

Dislikes

There is no job security. Teachers are forced to leave without being given any notice period. Students are from wealthy families they don't know culture and they don't respect their teachers.

An amazing institution to work with. You will be supported by head at all phases if working honestly. Will get your salary on time. Fully furnished accommodation will be provided. I left because of some personal constraints. Would like to work in future.

It is a very professional place to work at as this is cooperative place. Along with the natural setting of this school, the benefits are good enough to compensate for the fact that it is far. Training of teachers is done under the Principal's able guidance and there is so much to learn with a very happening environment of the school.

That it is too far but with the new airport, connectivity is better.

There is a lot here to learn. Surrounding and environment is very good.

After giving the resignation, your email will not even get a reply. Your problem will be ignored. Your hard work and honesty does not get any result here. Your evil will begin. One of my friend quit his job, which hasn't accounted for yet. Moreover, his experience certificate has also not been given.

I am starting about this city which is too costly even a dozen bananas is 200 rs and even more many times. Now coming to school, children are very lethargic if u will work here for a year you will lose ur morale and confidence in yourself also. Children don't have any manner to talk with teachers they can say anything to you be ready fr this. Now coming to school this is the most wahiyat school that is throughout the country. Its principal belongs to a certain region and he promotes only those regions' teachers. He didn't have any idea about modern education and pedagogy the entire day he used to boost himself.
