The can hire the candidate at any high cost only

Dislikes

They terminate their employees without prior notice whenever they don't like them. Second, bad thing is they don't give increment more than 2% in a year. Third, they never support their employees for any kind of need.

Work Details

This is a 3rd class type corporate, there are so many laws for those employees whome they don't like, while second side there is no law for whome they like.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
