Don't know about the whole company. But as per a single production plant this the worst workplace ever. Shocked to know that how could they win Great Place to work award. Zero ethics, etiquette, culture, moral values and development. Job security is nil. Even contractual manpower is used by on role ones to save their job. At this specific plant staff is behaving like dictators. No one knows what is the meaning of management. Complete manpower is working in hazardous, or we can say dangerous environment. First of all the main thing is zero job security. You have to work like prisoners otherwise you will loose your job. Adverse working situation. They are using manpower on use and throw basis. Only on role have secured job whether they do anything or not.
