They play on the basis of targets. If your targets are achieved, then only you are valued otherwise they make you feel like shit. Second thing, even if your targets are achieved they will make you sit after your shift hours to complete the team target and when you ask the manager for a leave, they will misbehave with you and won’t approve your leave.
