Hikal policy regarding panedamic is very good and taken lots of efforts specially work done by Mr Rahman is very excellent. Hikal culture is very good but there is problem regarding job opportunity because I am completed PGDBM diploma in Project managementfrom Symbiosis institute with distinction.I hope management will be give me a opportunity for the same in a future. As per management new requirements, my skills for Technology transfer was not utilised as utilised in before 2014....Read More

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Please let me know your insights. Update - Thank you for all the inputs everyone who all contributed to the discussion.
