Highway industries ltd is one of the leading manufacturer of autoparts industry. i have been working here since 2014.The working environment is very good. All peoples are so helpful here.HIL is a very good platform for a fresher to learn and for a exp person to enhance his skills.i do not know about the annually increment in other companies. But HIL gives other benefits also as compared to other companies. Hil gives salary on time and there is not any type of delay. HIL is already in touch with automatic system and latest technology. HIL manufacture the autoparts for leading companies like Hero motocorp ltd, GKN, Maruti Suzuki, Sona koyo, etc. HIL manufacture for foreign companies also like Arcellor Mittal, Multimatic, GKN etc. So there would be a opportunity for foreign visit also...Read More
