Senior personnel are very friendly in nature. They don't hide anything as all the terms and conditions were mentioned by the HR before joining the company. They don't surprise you with any hidden charges. The HR clearly mentioned that I have to sign a bond of 8 pages, and she gave me adequate time to read the terms and conditions. Yeah, the compensation is low, but enough for an entry-level role. If you work accordingly, as mentioned, then you'll be paid well, and if you make mishaps, then you'll face issues which in turn is also justified according to the point of view of the company.
