No family life. Not good wages as per market and job structure. Getting fresh people and giving high lvl target responsible work in low wages. Telente people don't have to wast time. Poor culture. It's not MNC. Breaking Govt Rules.

Its not company for the capable and profession candidate. Policy and direction change quite frequently. No any practical approach.Frequent change of MD at India plant. No training... poor administration support for local or abroad travelling ...

Dislikes

There are no transference and long terms sustainable growth. Each and every working point are consider on cost and value bases on short term bases. The work pressure are quite higher side on out put side with old machinery. Frequent change of production plan.working hours are more than 13 hours.No value for the senior management .No any STD HR policy , change frequently . Senior management not honors their commitment even at management level. no any on - job training for freshers...Read More

Responsibility are 24 X 7 , Season time plan work for 24 hours , communication on we chat / whats' up on 24 hours ,
