Take project from client at below price which is even below the client budget. then they try to humiliate the resource on the name of client billing. Not expected to claim leave. They try to earn surplus by taking contract from client at very very low bid. As a result, resource humiliate.

Never suggested because this company senior management takes project at very nominal rate with aim to catch more clients and then they misbehave with employee by not allowing leave even as per company policy....there is no decorum. Poor HR quality and there is no job security. Manager has no leadership qualities and poor skills to interact with client. At last, you need to manage project and complete all tasks of managers also. The salary Comes on 7th of every month.

The way the contractor/program manager handles the project feels frustrating and unprofessional. The Timelines are unrealistic ,making it hard to keep up. On top of that ,if you need to take leave ,it often get denied, and your salary ends up getting docked. Also, the work from home option seems to be reserved only for managers and program manager ,leaving consultants with no flexibility.
