Dislikes

The way the contractor/program manager handles the project feels frustrating and unprofessional. The Timelines are unrealistic ,making it hard to keep up. On top of that ,if you need to take leave ,it often get denied, and your salary ends up getting docked. Also, the work from home option seems to be reserved only for managers and program manager ,leaving consultants with no flexibility.
