hi care staff is good, but the higher authorities is so irritating, they think that employees are a machine.

hi care is a reputed company in India. but that company is not providing any facility for employees. working hr is also not fix sometime. and have 7 day closing, weekly closing, monthly closing and that day there is no time limit. at that closing day u have to complete the closing and go home some time it takes 9 pm or some time 11pm. i think this job is not suitable for ladies. and most important is that there is no growth for future. no holidays except that 15 Aug, and 26 Jan....Read More

They try to be hard core professional to the ground level employees, but one the other hand they themselves don't even bother to work properly. The managers doesn't even come to office every day.
