Not satisfied at all in any way. Couldn't bare to work there, neither will refer anyone to work there.

Dislikes

Not at all satisfied with the job, not friendly culture to work with, everyone likes to dominate there juniors. No respect given for female employees or freshers. Was literally into tears working with that company. Have went into depression when I was in that company.

Work Details

Very boaring work no one gives a clarity about the work. Every thing is displayed as a progress card on the team desk about the weekly reports of each employee. Work is sometimes hectic and sometimes no so hectic

Use video conferencing tools to stay connected with colleagues. 8. Prioritize integrity by delivering high-quality work. 9. Take ownership of your career by setting goals and seeking feedback. 10. Establish clear expectations with colleagues and managers. 11. Celebrate achievements and recognize progress to stay motivated. By applying these lessons, I've been able to thrive in a remote work environment.
