I am working nearabout more then 25 Years & as per view of all my senior, they fully satisfied with my performance but main thing is my immediate senior don't take interest but when incrcrement & permotion, he himself take all benefit but at the same time he never recommend his sabodinate. As per my experience, I feel very bad & camplent lanch but got reply next time we looked you . I personally feel, the company policy not sutebal to my performance. Ifeel , the person comes after me got very good increament & timely permotion so I once again finally ask same question with my senior but not got satisfaction reply then I decided to quit the company is far better of myself. Lot of some others reason belong to cruption / insaidious & same complent forward to management but he give charges to person's who also involved then you know who give right report to management. I feel honest person not adjust himself in this company. These all think I mentioned my registration also. This is my observation of The Hi - Tech Gears LTD.
