I was worked at Hitech Animation as a production Coordinator from June 2018 - till Nov 2020 . I really liked worked with my some collegue. They are really supporting nature .

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics & management is very poor. Salary is decent but carrer growth is slow . Some seniors management staff ( Ex:Reshmi B Chowdhury) is so worst. Creative director Manoj Bose max time not available at floor, he is unable to access mail & Company owner Subrata Roy blindly support this type of employee, some of the employees are his close family member . (Ex: Reshmi B Chowdhury) I suggest if u are artist than try once but if you are belong to back office department enter at your own risk....Read More

Work Details

The job is really interesting! I struggled a bit in the beginning as I was totally new in this industry. I learnt a lot from the respected seniors. Overall work life at Hitech Animation is average.
