Hi Impact is completely into Healthcare hiring , we dont DO TECHINICAL HRING , so no Technical Recruiters are there in this organsiation . hence FAKE RECRUITER. Recruitment Consultants are Performance Driven and a senior resource if unable to perform and unable to learn things which they may not have done earlier, will certainly lead to negative experiences. Unfortunately such bitter experiences lead to bitter breakups and there is not much a company like us can do much about. Many recruiters promise a lot during interviews and once they join leave a not so good impression. Recruitment consultants need to collaborate to build a strong performance background checking mechanism.
