Nothing! and i mean it Literally Nothing to like here i cannot even have a count on how much karma will they be getting from what they are doing to employees. Managers have certain targets to achieve and all the burden will be upon BDAs. They don't value your time and efforts you put before if you are not performing you are out with literally 4 digits as salary

Dislikes

The thing is that everyone says every company has bad reviews and its a phase of a company but at this company the negatives are real and there's no changing that there are people literally who are spending 1.5 lakhs to learn something i wont say the product is bad but it is designed for people who have experience and who wants to upskill themselves many learners are misguided thinking they will get placements they will get it only if they are who have an understanding of these concepts . It doesn't work like that and these mis sold people would be paying the EMI S. and the targets are set such high you will have to mis sell it because there are not much people around who have the calliber to do it so just start selling it to anyone and the no of people joining every single week in the sales team with high hopes. And if you are a fresher please dont ever think about joining the interview itself is made so easy but then reality hits later on. only if you think you have the calliber to sell it to random people no matter their background you just want a sale can join but people who believe in providing value to customers you may provide to one or two but the rest of the sales would just be karma coming back to you.
