Having an incompetent manager enables you fail better every time you work to win. poor job done by AD Anup (ex-failed sales AD from Newton who was kicked out) And Manager Prasad - (Ex failed Sales manager who was layed off by newton)

1. Poor Leadership 2. After destroying newton School, Anup (ex AD Sales - Newton School who was terminated because he was accused of partiality and malpractice and then Kapasi bro hired him here and asked him to build a sales team for hey Coach and instead he got every unemployed and layed off employee of newton School in hey coach to counsel people over call and offer them up - skilling programs and job assurance. You yourself need to upskill first bro hahaha Prasad, Aditya, Abhishek, Mezbin, Suneha, Prasad, Anup (All these people are either terminated or fired from newton and they are all accused of malpractice there.)- all ex-Newton have come together to destroy one more company. Do not join this company if you want to work for one month and take home just INR 12000 that too after fighting with them and despite getting an offer letter of 8 LPA. Why BDA's are being fired every month when it should be collective failure and if your BDA's are being fired every month, it means there is a big issue in Sales leadership. every time instead of firing BDA's, Kapasi Bro, try to fire sales Managers and Sales AD's as well. You might see the change. be the change that you want to bring within your team. And Anup bro - When was the last time you took any call and closed a deal? Nothing I liked about this company. The company is not even registered. They are fooling people. Only Tuesday is weekoff, sometimes they ask to work on Tuesdays too

Everything The company website is not good The company is not registered - no point of getting loan or something No PF ( because they are not registered) They don't provide laptops to work They don't have a domain email registered. You need to use your personal WhatsApp HR will offer 7LPA, 2lpa fixed and 5lpa variable, The product is so poor, they train on DSA and System Design, which is a joke. If you don't clear your mock. They don't even pay you. And after working for 1 month they will will fire you stating performance. And will pay 4K (50% of that 2LPA variable) 1.58L is the product, and you can never sell this product And yes, few innocent people fall trap and lose their hard earned money Check Google reviews, negative reviews are real. 4 and 5 star reviews are paid reviews. they have designer their salary components in such a way. CTC - 10 LPA 4 LPA Fixed & 6 LPA Variable if you resign then they will release 50% of basic salary which is 20% of your over all salary. Join at your own risk and instead join NYIST at 12 LPA
