Its always good that your manager has supported your personal & professional life and covered your back, My friends or colleagues were the best, we had fun all the time not just working it was fun working atmosphere.

Dislikes

Career growth takes little time I cant say there is no growth but it takes time, Hexion office in Bangalore site didnt have rewards & recognition programms, could have been better if there was such programm that benifits employees.

Work Details

You get to know different functions in operations, gain knowledge on cross functional teams or processes. Manager was the best in supporting employee career like higher eduction etc..

Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do?
