Compensation is decent , but can be worked upon by keeping employee wellbeing in mind. Appraisals should be made more transparent ie Managers should discuss with team members individually about what they are lagging behind or what that employee can improve whenever they feel employee is not performing upto their mark, because its not right to wait until completion of year or appraisal meeting and then give less ratings and thus less hike....Read More
