I had a challenging experience working with this company, particularly in the technical department. There seemed to be a lack of alignment between leadership roles, which often lead to confusion and difficulties for them. Work Life Balance - While the official working days were Monday to Friday, I often had to work on weekends without additional compensation. Extended hours were common, with the average working stretching beyond the stipulated 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM schedule. HR Policies - There were significant challenges in HR operations. Obtaining essential documents such as salary slips required multiple follow-ups, and the process for full-and-final settlements exceeded the stipulated 30-day timeline, which caused additional stress. Culture - The work culture seemed to vary between departments, and the technical department faced unique challenges. There was a perceived disparity in treatment, which could be improved to create a more equitable and supportive environments for all teams. Everything, from the beginning og recruitment process to work culture, management, ethics, everything. Totally worst experience I had with this company. Not a proper respect for employees. No proper management Senior are just fighting internally to get leadership within a team of 2 or 3, inspite they do not have even guts of being leaders. No proper training to new employee, even no balance between training and onboarding process. And many more.....Read More
