Daily conducting tbt at site. Ensure the work permit before start of job. Inspection of welding grinding cutting machine such as fire extinguisher. Arrange safety classes. Arrenge safety meeting.

Heurtey has terrible work culture with most of contract staff at site and shop and few permanent staff have union attitude .no HR policies like review, objectives,training . Horrible for new joiners.

Work completion is good but way of completing by putting pressure upon site engineer is not good. Please maintain some understanding between office and site.

Dislikes

Rules need to be changed and work culture and salary to be increased for site people. Office persons along with designers high paid income is not necessary and site people has to be paid minimum.

It was good to work as independent site manager. Organization allow to take decision and act accordingly. In India , they are doing only Heater and reformer projects. It is good to represent the organization for Six long years.

It was a small business unit in India, therefore future growth is very uncertain. presently they don't have any project in India, they are doing some modularization of heater for gulf country order.
