It's a super worst job I have ever worked

1) space is very very very conjusted.. if you are seating and if you move your chair a little.. you will end up hitting person seating behind you.. 2) toilet for men :- only two urin commodes.. and only one toilet commode.. 3) No work-life balance.. zero star for work life balance.. 9:30 am to 10:00 or 11:00 PM for last 5 days of month compulsory for last Sunday of month .. wheather it's pn 25th .. or 31st .. have to come on Sunday And the main thing is HR will tell you it's a flexi hour job .. first and second Saturday will be off .....Read More

I don't like anything about the company as per the new circular by the company and HR manager everyone will have to eat their food at so called cafeteria which lacks basic facilities such as air conditioner, chairs, clean water . It's a big issue for girls because they will have to stand and eat but these dumb guys have their maleegos making it difficult for girls as well as for guys. Food is always open. Hit and dust from everywhere because it is on the terrace . Cockroaches everywhere but people in the company are used to it. Toilet to people ratio is huge and might create questions for personal hygiene. Old employees feels as if they are owning the company no respect for girls and lower management. I recently had the unfortunate experience of working at Hettich India pvt ltd, and I feel compelled to share my experience with others, especially women considering employment here. The work environment here is far from supportive or inclusive, and I encountered several situations that were unprofessional and frankly, unsafe. While I initially had high hopes for a positive and productive atmosphere, I quickly learned that the company culture fosters an unsettling level of disregard for women's comfort, safety and professional growth. Issues I had faced- 1) Lack of accountability- There were multiple instances of inappropriate comments and unprofessional behavior from certain male employees from other team. When concerns were raised, zonal head HR responses were dismissive or barely followed up, signaling a lack of accountability and a failure to prioritize employee well being 2) Minimal to No Policy to protect women- Despite having a handbook of guidelines, it seems these policies are only there in theory. There were no consistent efforts to address workplace safety or prevent harassment. This lack of structure made it challenging to feel supported or heard. 3) Hostile work environment- I often felt isolated or disregarded when bringing up new ideas or concerns. The environment is generally unwelcoming, with some employees going as far as making derogatory remarks or dismissing female contributions outright. There's a palpable double standard in how men and women are treated. 4) Limited opportunities for women- Advancement seemed biased, with few women in leadership positions and little mentorship or support for female employees. This imbalance creates an atmosphere where women are undervalued, limiting their professional growth. 5) Inadequate safety measure- Basic physical safety was another concern. Often, women would be scheduled for late shifts poorly lit or isolated areas without any additional security measures. Concerns about this were brushed aside, and suggestions for improvement were ignored.
