Highly difficult to work without God father in the company. Teammates are very Supportive. Company policies are there for the name sake and there is a chance of altering. Appraisals are not fair, not considering the good work done at the end of the Year and finalised based on reverse calculation. No Performance bonus given even though they committed at the time of negotiations but still HR gives false Commitments even today for the New joinees....Read More

Existing policies to be revamped As compared to the market and HR has to do bench marking with multi nationals. No career growth seen even after good work with highest level in integrity and Hard work. On job training we have to give to the team members for simplifying our jobs. They will retain our huge money with them for 3 years as a part of TCC.

Work Details

There is no required manpower for the available works need to handle by us with the existing manpower and that to with Fresh B Tech. Time lines given is very less which is also a challenge even at a time different projects will be initiated
