Recently I joined hero vired. They didn't even have good training module or operation. They force employees to leave from the organisation. I was in OJT they judge people on 12 days or training, favouriteism is also there. No leave 10-9 pm They change the rule everyday Aavneet and shivangi push me to resign from the organisation although I joined with hope. 1) miscommunication: they will tell you that we have matching role for you and take 7-8;rounds and at the end will inform you that sorry we don't have position but we have another position, which is 50% matchable so we are referring you for this The make you wait for offer letter for 1.5 months ;"> 2) there's no training period, they will ask to strt work from the first day itself, which is a shocker</mark> 3) no identity: they don't have their own identity they want to copy everything from upgrad 4) negative marks for top management, sorry not sorry 5) they don't teach you anything, no training nothing and expect you to work , for eg u r a homeopathic but they want you to be a surgeon and operate patients on your first day of joining 6) employee have zero value at hero vired...Read More
