Everything Although Hero Motocorp is a great employer. But their Haridwar factory is a hell. There employees are given no value. The management there misbahaves with the employees. There is no work life balance. You would have to overstay in office without any reason. Promotions are rare. You would have to work on most of the sundays. Most of the time the increaments are even below the rate of inflation. Dirty politics and negative competition is comon. The bosses target the new employees and insult them on a regular basis. They would apply all the systems from Just in time to six sigma on the new joinees only. There is no HR or HR policy in this factory. The quality of canteen food and snacks is pathetic.
