Good work environment and culture company policies are good,appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.

The job is quite interesting I struggle d a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job.l got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.

While working with the Hero Group, the company provides good support, and the brand gets a good response in the market, making it easier to sell the products. Seniors are also very supportive.

Very poor work life balance. Forced to work on Saturday Sunday. No company ethics. No ground level work. No work on fundamentals. Only drive fake numbers. Too much Analysis of fake database. Achieve number on excel. No support from manager. Manager treat like we are the owner of dealership and if dealer do not have fund to invest then It is our fault. No initiative on encouraging financial growth of dealer network. No one talk about dealer profitability. Now a days dealer not get confidence to invest capital further....Read More
