1. Huge scope of work 2. Good work life balance 3. Huge opportunity to learn if one is driven 4. R&D has spent a lot on physical infrastructure 5. Good work culture 6. Good policies lack proper implementation and company strategy is not consistent. Several projects are lauched but success is very low which is result of poor strategy. It is difficult to connect to company
