Good infra for working people are friendly HR does immense efforts for employ welfare. As an employee you will get immense opportunities to enhance your knowledge while working, it is solely dependent on employee how he/she grabs it

1.People who want to work , do work day in & out. There are many dept which come to office for timely punch & lunch. This demotivates the people working positively. 2. In marketing Dept hiring has been done keeping aside all company norms. People with less experience & knowledge have been hired at mid senior & senior positions. This also is increasing demotivation within employs.

Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
