-VED department, especially there is one section head who is a complete disaster and he exhibits unprofessional behaviour toward employees and colleagues. - No promotion even after 5-6 years of service. - Full of credit takers and no recognition even after solving major problems and market issues. Breakfast and lunch in the office 7. Bus service from jaipur city to Kukas (office location) 8. Good salary for an OEM 9. Reasonable job security (although there was a compulsory VRS in the past)

Dislikes

1. Lack of concrete processes that eliminates human errors 2. Poor documentation level. Past learnings are not recorded as they should be 3. Poor planning and prioritisation .
