Its a great place if you want to grow and learn as a professional. The best part about this place is the community. Heritage community is one of its kind. They act as pillars of support for everyone and not just in professional space but personal space as well.

Nothing really except that they have a good team of experts who have mastered the art of fooling the parents and other community members. Maintaining a good paper work for everything (without this mostly existing on ground) is yet another achievement of theirs.

Too much of work place politics, oldies will not let you succeed in any new venture fearing their exposure, they don't really have a vision of School Security & Safety and don't seem to be interested either, there is a lackadaisical tendency of not listening or adhering to security protocols which poses a great risk to the safety ofthe occupants, the genuine safety issues/concerns are purposely kept unnoticed (highlighting these for corrective action are taken to be an offence), parents are often mislead showing fake dreams of the systems in place (which only exists on paper/ppts and nothing on ground), incidents are mostly covered up, they are lucky to be only surviving at God's mercy....Read More
