Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do? Company doesn't have any goals. No quality and services given to the products. No feedback is taken from the Employees. Field staff changes every 6 months due to company policies. Delay and deductions in Claims submitted by the sales teams. No settlement HR is the worst part. People who dont have any work experience in related field are sitting in top management.
