I dislike about working at heritage food limited is it is far away from my native place That is more difficult to take leave and return back from home. I native place is in Nepal birgunj.

HFL Family eat up the entire salary of those who resign in the end & These people did not pay me my 21000 rupees and said that I did not complete the 20 day notice period whereas I had completed 16 days. As per their company rules, 4 days salary should be deducted but they deducted full 30 days salary.

One idea can change in company reputation as well and increase in sales. Based on present experience in company knowledge, experience should give change jobs roles, it will help company revenue and work efficiency.
