This is one of the best company but Internal and political issues and there is no Job security . in This org . There is no response from higher authotities. There is no co ordination with one dept to Another dept.

As a incharge will see 5 or 6 locations. Local issues and political issues will face. its is very troble to face. unable to face the local issues. and Company will not give the any support.

As a safety and security incharge. will operate the Safety and security issues in region. one region 5 or 6 locations. every month will visit All units. and contact the fire drill and mock drill educate the All Employees in cateen of any emergency

HFL Family eat up the entire salary of those who resign in the end & These people did not pay me my 21000 rupees and said that I did not complete the 20 day notice period whereas I had completed 16 days. As per their company rules, 4 days salary should be deducted but they deducted full 30 days salary.
