R & D manger is very egoistic and having lack of knowledge about chemistry. R & D manager never share even analytical data (NMR, Mass, DSC) to his colleagues even other managers in the department. Managers please don't join this company as they are not giving increments for 3 - 3 years. If some one step down company does not paid pending increments. No confirmation of service for several years. Salary raises were not done on performance basis. No promotions for several years of service. Some people gave good delivery of projects but still don't offer increments to them. Some peoples who were favour by R & D manager are slipping in the lab in day time.
