Overall the ethics and culture of the company is nice. The company is growing in India and Asia which means there is lot of focus and investments being done here.

Dislikes

The processes in place are so slow that it takes forever to get anything done. The people in the company itself are not very motivated which makes the implementation even slower. After a year , you feel as if you have not really created an impact or grown.

Work policy: 2 days/week from office

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Please let me know your insights. Update - Thank you for all the inputs everyone who all contributed to the discussion.
