Management lacks transparency, leaving employees in the dark about important decisions. The company has a where they let you go at a moment's notice, even after years of hard work, just to save on delivery costs. No job security at all. The recruitment team is unresponsive and dismissive. It’s like they don’t care about finding the right fit.
