Management is unapproachable and dismissive. Raises are a distant memory. A culture of manipulation; employees are kept in the dark about their entitlements.

If you want a career dead-end, this is the place for you. Opportunities for advancement are scarce and arbitrary. You’ll feel like a hamster on a wheel—always working, never appreciated.

They cut corners on employee benefits, leaving us with barely enough support when we need it most. Shift swapping was impossible, even in emergencies. Completely heartless!

There’s a pervasive culture of blame; mistakes are never treated as learning opportunities. No career development programs, and the projects offered are boring and unchallenging. Projects are poorly structured, causing constant confusion and frustration. You're just a number; they don't value your contributions. Managers micromanage everything and have no faith in their team's abilities.

Management doesn’t listen to employee feedback at all. Their compliance policies are excessive and often nonsensical. It’s just more bureaucracy to deal with.

The rules are applied selectively. Certain teams are always let off the hook, while others are penalized for minor infractions. Training is inadequate; you're thrown into projects without proper preparation. Management is completely out of touch with employee needs. IT support is non-existent, and HR is a nightmare.
