The Management was proactive in rewarding talent. It encouraged team. It provided training opportunity to team.

Dislikes

The target set for the Eastern Region was inflated and created undue pressure on the Team. The India Management Team was high salaried with no contribution. Their salary burden were distributed across the Regions which exerted enormous pressure on the Team.
