Superior are transparent regarding each and everything.After that,if they scold you ,it will be beneficial for the employee.Rest everything is OK.But It's good to works with Tough But Fair bosses rather than Soft and diplomatic ones.Lucky to work with such bosses.

All the employees are good with another one . If any problem occurs then each of the employees working with together and solve it easier.

All the member give its to opportunity only those people who are their relatives or nearest one. There is not matter you are working good or bad. Eg. If you are as an apprentice you are good if you have any uncle aur relatives in that company But if you don't have any relatives or friends then you have to go to see the other opportunity in another industry

Company has great policies for employees. Working culture is way better than any other companies. They respect their employees and their personal life. Work life balance is great.

Insensitive people.. Indirect way of transferring the message that if you don't perform you will be fired by giving an example that many people have been fired in the organisation like this. People don't have manners to talk. Insecure managers that if someone perform they will loose their job. Always try to scare that if you do this .manager will say so many things. Hierarchy is not at all good Designed the improper structured way that you will have to come to Office otherwise next day there will be warning.half hr late also people will give you warning.
