Teammates are good.learn things from different teams

Dislikes

No job security. No policies . Appraisals are not on time. Variable pay given after 15+ month. Saturday working. No clear vision and goal for company. Late marks and salary deductions. No work from home

Work Details

Work days: Alternate Saturday off (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
