its a government organization, so all pros and cons are of working in central government. A sense of working at something which directly affects the armed forces is the biggest point of satisfaction.

Dislikes

Terrible Group A Cadre ruining the organization. They don't have any knowledge but enjoys all decision making power, more often than not, the decision is like Tughlaqi Farman. They have inferiority complex regarding their cadre,. Not being able to clear railways or other better organization or cadre not at all comparable to UPSC IAS or even states PCS cadres, they are only engaged in internal politics. Group B or Industrial employees are no better, most dont want to work for more than 2-3 hours a day. Only few Hard working employees are taking the burden of all work and are entirely responsible for making organization somewhat functionable....Read More
