Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. Dislikes

There are many shortcomings in providing nutritions and hygiene food to shutdown people. Shutdwon Managers also don't care about crew. Quality of food is very worst.
