Company is good but problem is that union and old people due to wrong attitude they are spoiling name so that they can continue for long term.

Dislikes

Old staff in packing department which doesn't want new staff to stay for long term.

Work Details

Learning doesn't come with out hard work. If any one is interested for AC chair and cabin don't go. It is only ment for who are ready to accept any challenges and learn.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?
