Any new person can learn a lot of new things. Exposure is very high. Patient footfall is very high. Clinical as well as operations exposure is very high. All seniors and juniors are very cooperative.

Senior level accesiblity is very high. Any employee can access the senior level without maintaining the hierarchy

Work policy: Had to work 6 days a week along with that had to be oncall. May need to come to Hospital sometimes if the situation demands

They treat patients like cattle . Only money making machines, pressure form management/chairman to make money out of anything. Lots of unfortunate deaths due to operational faliure
