They give big hopes to wide eyed freshers in the field, don’t provide enough information before putting into promotion like pilot projects and then fire you for their poor decisions in strategies.

There is only one guy is perfect in this concern ,whose working as a Quality head. Field team people are very good and help us. But inside sale team head and managers are very worst. Management is very worst. Don't go to this concern.

Management is very Worst. HR is very good in their work and they will solve issues very soon. Managers are very worst,and they have partiality. Hindi speaking people are more , domination is very very High. Sales Head doesn't even know about the Software and it's benefits. He is just there for the name sake and manage the team. He doesn't understand what you say. He will be in his own thoughts. It is not a proper sales work they do. There are 2 manager who are very worst, they will suck your time,sweat and everything.
