In my experience, working at healthmap means only exploitation of doctor. You are paid very low for your work. Also, unethical targets for doctor makes the things worse. Over that they can make deductions in salary at will.

Dislikes

Healthmap is totally a commercial setup. There is no work culture, just targets for everyone including doctors.

Nothing is good. NO KRA ZETUP IS THERE. People working there are like govt clerk. They don't the emails and revert. All anxiety. IT professionals don't ever come in thier trap. You will have to do all what you should not do. And neither belongs to your KRA and expertise. Total disaster with your work profile.

Disappointed with healthmap. They are here to only make money and dony care about patients or the radiologist. Only aim is to pay as less as possible to the doctor and take as much work as possible. No work life balance

The HR head .Mr Srivastava ia not a man of his words. Thinks he is oversmart at negotiating about a job. But his baaps are here as well. Laat maaro aise company ko .

its really very bad experience to work over there. management has no policy for any one only senior management decide the issue as per their discretion. managers are really bad, no increment policy, no leaves policy, so much politics, person to person partiality. i suggest not to join here. worst experience.
