They need sales day by day. They need daily sales target and they don't even no basic of diagnostic Market how it's working. Col.maneesh is everything in this company even he didn't not worked a single day in feld and he doesn't no basic of diagnostic. You will not see a single motivation and team spirit in the group. Every day morning to evening shouting class to all the sales people evening sunday and festival days also. They need day waise sales. Very bad experience.
