Many of new employees and some of old employees were very helpful. Job security is good in some departments unless you have a argument with anyone from management even if you are right . You get to see new cars with your salary that they deducted or delayed .

Ohh I can't explain salary is always late useless deductions and 15% salary is currently deducted just because the founder wanted to buy a new vehicle. The work culture timings and the micro management is endless . No wfh even if it rains or there are protests you have to come even if you get injured . Some of the old employees justsit there waiting for their esops and sublet the work to their juniors . Many of the old employees who were a great addition to the team have left due to the toxic culture. There is no parking only a sand dune which sinks as rain happens no freebies parking everything is paid . For freshers this might be okay but for experienced people I think you should keep your options given that the upper management consists of a series of relatives needing employment ....Read More
